Peek A Boo Treats
These little treat holders was a challenge on Project Tuesday for Stamps and Smiles a few weeks ago. These are so easy to make. The top one uses SU Darling Dots and Little Tees from Gina K.
This one uses the Flower Soft Sample Kit from Pez A Doodle. This kit is only $12. You get some samples of the flower soft, masks, wire, and glue. I made the flowers in the vase by putting the flower soft glue on the wire and then sprinkled the wire with flower soft. I did this a couple times to get the thickness I wanted. The DP is Euphoria from Basic Grey.
Here you can see the inside of the treat holders.

Embellishment Set
Editor's Note: The winner of the set is Holly. Just email me your address and I will get this sent to you.
This set was made with Studio G stamps. The little embellishments are put on the frosted clear card stock with mini glue dots. This way you just remove them and place them on your card or other project. I used Pez A Blings on the circles.
Here you can see the set all closed up. I am leaving the front blank so you can add whatever you want to the front.
Here you can see the embellishments up close.
This was made using Double Duty Chocolate, and Tan from Paper Temptress. I love the Double Duty Chocolate because one side is textured and one side is smooth. The ribbon is Mary Arts.
Now for the fun. I will be choosing one lucky person to receive this set along with a card blank and some of the DP to make their own card. One idea to use the holder is to put notes in for dad from the kids. Just leave a comment on this post and I will draw a name on Thursday, May 22 at 3 pm (PST).

Stampin Out Alzheimer's
Come join me at a wonderful event. Below is what I copied from Melanie's blog. My grandmother had Alzheimer's so this disease touches my heart.
I want to share some information about a very special project with you today that involves some of my Paper Craft Planet friends. Jen Tapler, from Jen Tapler Designs, and Susanna Boyd of Card of the Week are hosting a 7 day stamping and scrapbooking event to help raise money and awareness for Alzheimer's Disease. Alzheimer's Disease is currently the 7th leading cause of death in the United States. It is a fatal, progressive disease that slowly robs a person of their precious memories.
We are involved in the memory preservation hobbies - so what better cause for the papercrafting community to join together to support? The site, Stampin Out Alzheimers.ning.com, will feature a variety of challenges, contests, classes and more in different paper crafting categories (stamping, cardmaking, paperscrapbooking, digi scrapping, hybrid, etc) - with prizes donated by over 30 generous sponsors. It's set up as a "Pay to Play" community.
For a small donation (any amount will do), you'll get permission to join the online community which will be up from May 25 to June 1st. 100% of these funds will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association to help with their efforts to provide and enhance care and support for all those affected by this heartbreaking disease. The site isn't "live" yet - it will open soon and the events will begin on Monday. For a quick link to join and make a donation, check out the widget in my sidebar. Check out the video on Paper Craft Planet's home page for a special mesage from Susanna and more about the event by clicking here.
I'd LOVE it if you'd share the badge (see it on the sidebar on the right? just click where it says "add to site" and it will give you the html to copy and paste) on your blog and help us spread the word! We'd like this to be the largest community fund raising effort in the stamping and scrapbooking space. Please help. You'll help us raise awareness and money for Alzheimer's.

News
I sorry their will be no post today. I have been feeling sick again. I will be ok in a few days. It is just a cold. My week has been busy getting ready for my kids to spend the night at a local airplane museum. It always amazes me how much running around needs to do. The weather isn't helping me either. It is been muggy the last couple days and now it is over the 100s. This is way too early to be this hot. I hope to get some time to craft this weekend.
