Ok, this is one of the hardest cards emotionally to make. Today is my Sister in Laws birthday and as some of you know the Lord called her home in June. The set I used is called Not Forgotten from Gina K. Gina created this set after her father passing away. I wanted my brother to let him know that I am praying for him. The sketch is from Stamp TV. The buttons have Silver Cord from SU. The papers are from my scrap bin. I used Pez A Blings from Pez A Doodle.

This is another calendar page. It is 8 3/4" x 8 3/4". Sorry for the glare but this is Silver Laser Lustre and it has such beautiful shine too it that makes it hard to photograph. The pictures are framed with Laser Glossy Black Lustre. The journaling and title are Blanc Sparkle. The DP is SU retired. The corners on the pictures are cut with Tulip Pendent Spellbinders die.
Gotta keep this short, I am almost done my Thanksgiving cards.

Treasured Friend

(click on photo to see it larger)
I used the sketch and directions from Sheetload of Cards November sketch. The base is Basis Tan. The leaves and saying is from Autumn Blessings by Sweet n Sassy Stamps. The rest of the papers are Basis Brown, Coco Ruche Crepe and Khaki Ruche Crepe. The leaves on the Basis Brown were stamp with Versamark and clear embossed. I used Skittles from Pez A Doodle around the saying.

Bunny

I got a chance to create today and it felt so good to pull out stamps that I have not inked in awhile. The bunny and saying are part of Hugs for Janessa from Sweet n Sassy stamps. The DP is DCVW just not sure what paper pack. I am trying to use up scraps. The ribbon is Mary Arts. The sketch is from Sweet N Sassy's weekly sketch challenge.

This one was done by my friend Julie
This last one was done by my friend Diane.

I haven't been in my craft room all week. I hope to squeeze some time to create and get cards out. I need to get out a few thank you notes.
God Bless,

Gingersnap Creations- Monochromatic Challenge

Gingersnap Creations challenge this week is a color challenge which is to be Monochromatic. This means use 1 color and different shades of that 1 color. I choose green because of this fun Greenbrier Grandee. The color is perfect for Christmas and the texture helps make the box special with little work. I used Basis Golden Green for the image. The stamp and star are a Studio G stamp. The ribbon is from Michaels. The box template is part of Stamp TV's monthly challenge. You can get the template here. The DP is SU retired.

OWH Blog Hop winner & Thank You

I know you are waiting to hear who the lucky winner is but first I want to say a big Thank You to all the blog hop participants and all the people who took time to participate. This was fun looking forward to the next one. Ok, The winner of the Paper Temptress paper is Tink.
Now for the suprise I have decided to add a second person to win some crafting goodies from me and that lucky person is Cindy. Please contact me with your address so I can get the goodies out to you.
Now for my card, I used scrap papers for the papers. This fits There She Goes Challenge to use stiching. Ok, I have to admit that I hate sewing even faux stiching. I just don't think it comes out looking ok. I used Polka Dot Blooms from There She Goes for the circle border on the base and the blue flowers. The main image is Studio G.
