I used todays sketch on SCS. I stamped the matching mini images on Pulsar Pink using Dessert Sand Memento ink. The strawberries and chocolate candy were stamped with Chocolate Brilliance Ink. I colored using different inks and the SU blender pen. I put Crystal Effects on all the images. The strawberries have flower soft to give them some texture. I used Pez A Blings in the corner. The saying is Studio G and stamped on White Leather.

Studio G Challenge

There is a new Studio G challenge on PCP. The sketch is above my 8 x 8 page. I used Studio G ink and stamps for this page. If you haven't tried Studio G ink, they work fantastic. I wasn't sure because I have tried cheap inks before and was unhappy. The Studio G inks work great on all surfaces. I stamped the sayings on SU ribbon. I highlighted on saying with a frame I got from Oriental Trading. If you have Studio G stamps and inks, pull them out and come play along.
Pez A Doodle has Studio G stamps, inks and glitter glue on pre-order for Halloween, Christmas and general stamps. They are a fantastic price.

Red, White, and Blue Stuidio G Challenge

I created a fun page for my nephew. I am making a scrapbook for him and my niece for Christmas using up extra photos I have. I used the lollipop stamp for the circles. I painted Ruby Red Liquid pearls on the circle and then stamped with Faded Blue Jeans Distressed ink. To give it more shine, I clear embossed the circle. This fits the scrapbook sketch on Stamp TV. All paper is from my scrap pile. All the supplies except paper can be found at Pez A Doodle.
My daughter Katie took part in the challenge too and created this fun card. The Belli challenge is patriotic Theme this week.

Embellishment Set

Editor's Note: The winner of the set is Holly. Just email me your address and I will get this sent to you.

This set was made with Studio G stamps. The little embellishments are put on the frosted clear card stock with mini glue dots. This way you just remove them and place them on your card or other project. I used Pez A Blings on the circles.
Here you can see the set all closed up. I am leaving the front blank so you can add whatever you want to the front.
Here you can see the embellishments up close.
This was made using Double Duty Chocolate, and Tan from Paper Temptress. I love the Double Duty Chocolate because one side is textured and one side is smooth. The ribbon is Mary Arts.
Now for the fun. I will be choosing one lucky person to receive this set along with a card blank and some of the DP to make their own card. One idea to use the holder is to put notes in for dad from the kids. Just leave a comment on this post and I will draw a name on Thursday, May 22 at 3 pm (PST).

Red, Black & White Challenge

Cammie's color challenge on Stamp TV is to use red, black and white on your project. I decided to do another scrapbook page. The border is Hedi Swapp chipboard borders. I painted with Adirondack Paint Pitch Black and Red Pepper. Then stamped the candy with Color Box white. All stamps are Studio G. The titles are fonts from Lettering Delights. Basic Black is the base of the page. Mars Metallic and Opal Metallic were used as accents. I have to say that this is the first page that I have done with black as the base and I love it.

Pez A Doodle Day

I used Studio G Stamps for the flowers and the saying. I used a pale pink and it was hard to photograph because the card base is bright pink. I used scraps for all the papers. If you would like me to do a tutorial on how I got the squares to frame the card. I used a sketch from a new challenge called Unscripted Sketches.

Pink Butterfly page

I have decided to get back to scrapbooking which is what I did before I learned about cardmaking. I have extra photos and I just couldn't throw them away so I decided to make mini scrapbooks for my niece and nephew for Christmas. I know I can't believe I am thinking this far ahead. This page shows my niece and my daughter. I just love this photo. The layout was last weeks Erika's scrapbook challenge on Stamp TV. I printed the quote and banner from by computer. The title uses Studio G flower stamps on the background. I used a template to cut the letters. I stamped 2 Studio G and then cut them out. The title fits a challenge on the Studio G group.

Pink Daffodil

Flourishes Friday Focus was to use paper piecing on your card. Faith showed how she paper pieced her flower. I wouldn't have thought to paper piece a flower but I love how this opens up so many options for flowers. I used Spring for You. from Flourishes. The backfround is vellum embossed with the dots folder. The little pink flower above the Happy Easter is Studio G. Pez a Doodle has a wonderful set of Studio G stamps for an amazing price.

Easter Basket

Digi Chick just released this cute little egg basket. I printed the pattern on regular paper and held the paper on the Iridescents Ivory with temporay double stick tape. The card is Iridescents Pearl. The Iridescents are from Paper Temptress. If you are wondering what the pink thing in the basket, it is McDonald's gift card. This set is for my niece. All images are Studio G.
