This cute image is called Celtic Gilli by Anary. She is colored with Prisma Pencils. Scattered Straw DI was rubbed around the edges. The ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon Sept kit. I used glittered rhinestones and gold rhinestones from Pizzazz Aplenty.Challenges-
