This card uses new dies and Just for You Halloween additions from There She Goes Stamps I am loving using guaze and decopauge glue on my projects. This is for There She Goes Sketch challenge & Ribbon Carousel challenge of Halloween theme. I used black netting and purple twine.

Spooky Treats

Ok, Helmar had a video on using bandage gauze for creating a cut monster. I took the idea and dyed my gauze with different sprays. I used some fun googly  eyes and rhinestones on them. I used Just for you Additions and matching dies for the words from There She Goes Stamps.

The stamp set is Let's Get Together from There She Goes stamps. Bubble Gum Pop Tones is the pop of pink. It says Esspressing my thanks. All papers are from Paper Temptress.

Inspired Stamps

This week the Inspired Stamps team was asked to create a project with scripture. There are so many amazing ones to choose frome. I choose this wonderful one from the set called Amazing Grace. I went with fall colors because that is what is covering my desk. I think I am hoping this will bring fall to my area since we are in the 90's.

Note book tutorial

This week I am sharing a tutorial on altering a notebook. I choose one that is a mini composition notebook that is 3" x 4 1/2".

Here you can see the finished journal.                       This is a close up of Luke 2:14 from Inspired Stamps.

Here is note book before I started. I took a piece of DSP and cut it to size. I then colored it with Distress Inks. The paper already had the embossed snowflakes. The DSP is glued to the notebook using Decoupage glue. I find this helps hold it best. I used a bit of the decopauge on the large snowflakes too.

One of the amazing things about Inspired Stamps is that they come with this piece of foam. It helps to make a good crisp image. I stamped my image than embossed it. I choose to keep it simpke and not color the image.

Here is another notebook using Tags.   I did the same thing as the red one. These would be great gifts for friends and family.

U Rock Multicolor

This is for Some Odd Girl sketch challenge. Sorry for the washed out look but trying to get a bunch of cards up and camera and I aren't liking each other. I used distress inks around the image. I had fun coloring this image different colors for the hair.

U Rock Green

This fantastic image is from Some Odd Girl and was colored a while back. The DSP was a light green and used Gumball green ink to darken it. Purple mats the paper. It is also for Paper Issues Facebook challenge.
