Just a note

Ok I thought I had scheduled some posts for this week. I am not sure where the week went but it disappered for me. I did crafting done but forgot to take photos before I mailed stuff. This was a card done for Scrap Online PCP group. Does a night where they give you directions for making a card. I am behind in the challenges but trying to get caught up. I used all Scraps for this card. The image is from Sweet Pea Stamps. This fits the Sweet Pea challenge to use one of their images and 3 colors.

This first card uses Sweet Pea Stamps Image. I colored with SU markers and the flowers are colored with Stickles. The grass is Flower Soft. The blue behind the image is Dots Background from Artistic Stamper.

Sweet Pea Challenge #1

I usually avoid color challenges because I seem to have a hard time finding paper to match the colors chosen. It is not like I don't have enough paper to choose from but it seems that I can't find the right colors in time. I used this new stamp from Sweet Pea Stamps called
Ching-Chou Kuik's Dark Royalty. I just love this image and the saying is part of the stamp. I distressed the edges with Brilliance Coffee Bean. I used Pez A Blings in the corners. The papers are from my scrap bin. You still have time to participate in the challenge. The details are here.

This card is for Jamie. Her address is to the left of my blog and her story is here. I used this cute image from Sweet Pea Stamps. It is plate #8. She just reminds me of my daughter when she was small. The base is Basis Black and it is paired with Pulsar pink. She is colored with Twinkling H2Os. The flowers have stickles and the grass is flower soft. The DP is Michael's $1 bin. I love a bargin.
