Welcome to another Ribbon Carousel challenge. This week's challenge is to create a Holiday Project.
I created this card based on one I made at a Stamp class. I used Pool Treasure embossed with snowflake folder. The snowman is embossed with turqoise embossing powder and than colored with smooch paint. I used Bittersweet Jute/Twine & 5/8" Light Blue Sheer Ruffled Edge from Ribbon Carousel.
