This card is for the Heart challenge for the SCS Hope you can cling challenge. I made a gate fold card. The image is from Fred She Said. I colored with smooch paint. The DP is from my scrap bin. The heart stamp is from There She Goes.
Fred She Said Challlenge is to use at least 3 hearts. Well as you can see I went a little heart crazy. The hearts behind the flowers are a Fred She Said DP called Petite Fleurs Papers was printed on Iridescent Poison Ivory. The base is the fantastic Sparkle Abysee. The middle heart was cut using SU's Movers & Shapers die.

I joined OWH about a year ago. The military holds a special place in my heart my DH served 8 years in the Air Force. My family is involved with a Jr. Navy program called Sea Cadets. This program has put us in touch with soldiers over seas and here. I just love creating cards that I know will brighten someones day.

Ok, this will my last post for today. I found all these flowers when I cleaned up my craft desk. They are digital flowers are from Fred She Said. They were printed on many different papers. I got the idea of this card. The Bee stamp is from Pez A Doodle. I just love the Skittles that go with this stamp. The bee wings have crystal laquer. The blue strip is White Ruche that has different Alcohol Inks rubbed on it. The flower center are Blue Skittles. The flowers on the inside are embossed with Polka Dot cuttlebug folder. For some reason, I had a hard time photographing the inside of the card.
This is a simple card that I made for Operation Write Home. I was talking to Fabre and she said that they were needed some Hanukkah cards. This stamp is from SU. The oval and flowers are part of the blue by the sheet set. I stamped in Navy Brilliance ink and colored the menorah with Shimmer paint. The Silver lustre behind the oval is from Paper Temptress. The texture of the paper helps to make a quick card. Tracey has WCD challenge to make a project using any product from her store. Tomorrow is the last day to enter.
I am back to my last minute posting for a challenge. Ildi Co has their first challenge to use lilac, yellow & coco. I colored the clown in gel pens. The saying has crystal effects on it and it is not dry yet so that explains the blurryness. I used Pez A Blings on the SU vanilla frame. The DP is a freebie from Tracey. These pictures were taken by Katie's friends. I just love all the expressions in these photos. It is amazing to my little girl growing into a beautiful young lady. The colors are Katie's favorite colors. The base is Amethyst Metallic. The squares behind the pictures are Basis Blue. The butterflies were cut using a Big Shot die. I used purple Skittles for the "body" of the butterflies. The antennas are a flower spray from the bridal aisle at Michael's. The pictures are printed with paper from the Purple Blossom Kit.
Here you can see up close a flower. This is part of a digital kit called Purple Blossoms kit. You can purchase just the flowers but I wanted both the papers and flowers. I printed the flowers on Sparkle text paper.
Here you can see a close up of this free image from Fred She Said. I put a skittle in the middle of the large flower. The top of the pot has flower soft for extra texture. I colored using Twinkling H2O's.
I am totally in love with the DCVW Fun in the Sun DP. I have been using it a LOT. The fish is from Fred She Said and the saying is from Sweet n Sassy. The theme is from Scrappy Frogs Challenge of Under the Sea. All the other paper is scraps.
