Hambo Birthday card

This image is from Hambo Stamps. I created it as part of their DT Call. The sketch is from Splitcoaststampers #315. The colors are for the Diva Coffee Break Challenge of Bashful Blue, Night of Navy and Sahara Sand. The last challenge is for a new ning group called Outlawz. This fits the Monday Birthday challenge.
Here is a side view so you can see that I popped up a lot of the layers.

Halloween Bears

I got a chance to create with Hambo's sketch again. I just love the sketch. I had to think of a way to use the Hanukkah image for another purpose. I saw it and thought a pumpkin would cover the dreidel. You can use just about anything. I think a present would be good for a birthday or Christmas. I hope you won't get tired of these guys. I have more ideas in my head. Now, I just have to find the time to create. I used the same tutorial as yesterday's post.
God Bless,
Anita

Hambo sketch

I got this sketch done way before the deadline. Go to Hogs & Sketches to enter. This cute digi is Hambo Stamps. Monica & Tim donated it to Operation Write Home. I had fun coloring these cute bears. The saying was done on my computer and punched out with large heart SU punch. I love that you can get the shapes digital and create tons of stuff. Cool Cat Pop Up Card

I got a chance to craft this morning. I completed three challenges with this pop up card. I used paper piercing on the ovals for Potluck Friday challenge on Stamp TV . I used Stamp & Smiles Project Tuesday Challenge to make a pop up card following these directions.. The last challenge is to use Cool Cat Digital image from Hambo on a project. The best part is that the Cool Cat image is free. Join me in this challenge by going to Hambo's blog to get the image and details of the challenge. I tried my hand at watercoloring using a water pen and Brilliance Inks. I like this type of coloring. It is overcast so my photos are dark. I wish you could see all the sparkle in this card. I stamped the sungalsses, flip flops, and sunglasses in Versamark and than clear emboseed on the base.

Recipe
Stamps- Cool Cat from Hambo, 2 Cool and Sunglasees from Little Tees from Gina K.
Coloring- Water pen, Blender Pen from SU and Brilliance Inks
Paper Morphing Mauve Iridescent, Amythest Metallic, Ivory Iridescent and Sparkle Cardstock from Paper Tempress. Flower Paper -Basic Grey Euphoria

Green Porcupine

I am glad to know that I am alone in my love for things colored differently. Now, some may think I have gone over board but I need a few St. Patrick day cards but don't have any stamps that fit so I found this wonderful ribbon at Walmart that fit the bill. I will share the few different St. Patty day cards that I have made with different stamps and digital images. All papers are out of my scrap bin. I used this Porcupine stamp from Hambo Stamps. The stripe paper is SU.

VCS Frog

I have to make a note to self to stop looking to see what new groups are on Paper Craft Planet. I found this wonderful new stamp company called Victoria Case Stamps. They have some fabulously cute monster stamps. One of my new favorite stamps is digital images. One because they are cheaper than other stamps and you get to play with the stamp instantly. I have stayed away from digital stamps because I could not find a paper that I was happy with that would print a good image and that I could color on without the paper tearing or curling. I decided to try Paper Temptress Heavenly White Ultrasmooth cardstock. This paper is amazing. I was able to print the frog and color with my SU markers. The flowers and dragonfly are from Pond Pals from Sweet n Sassy Stamps and these images are stamped on Classic Linen Greystone.
The saying is from Hambo Stamps. I stamped the flowers with Brillance inks and then clear embossed the images and used a white gel pen and SU markers to color images.
This card I made for Stamp Something Challenge to do 3-d something.

Sketch & Sketch Card

Here is the sketch and my card for the first sketch challenge over on Paper Temptress Paper Lovers Group on PCP. I have used six differnt sparkle papers. I used Blanc, Mangue, Emeraude, Noie, Orange, & Vermillion. I used stamps from Hambo Stamps. The red "ribbon" was cut using SU scalloped punch. As you can see, I turned the sketch. You have till March 5 to make a card or project. The yummy prize is your own pack of Sparkle Card Stock. My favorite paper right now.

Hambo TV Challenge

Hambo group on PCP is having a challenge till Tuesday to make a card showing your favorite. I choose CSI. There was a character that was named Grisom (sp?) who collected bugs and he left the show to go to Costa Rica that is why there are palm trees on the inside of the card. I just love all the bugs that Hambo carries. I put crystal effects on the magnify glass. The cardstock for this card came from Paper Temptress. It is called Sparkle cardstock. I love that the green and white have a sparkle to it.

Cookie Card

Over on Paper Craft Planet, a new group named Cafe Mojo has it's first challenge. The challenge was to use your favorite stamp. I had a hard time choosing which set. I just love this little pig with the saying. Unfortunately, these stamps are retired. Hambo does have other wonderful stamps. I used K& Co paper. I put Crystal effects on the buttons to give them a little shine. The top picture is the inside of the card. I am trying to remeber to decorate the inside of the card as a goal for the new year. Come join me at Cafe Mojo. They are also doing a group candy giveaway.
