Tool Birthday

I treated myself to a bunch of new Stampin Up stamps. The tool set is one of the new ones. The saying is from Curly Cute. The sketch is from Stamping 411. I used retired DP and Creamy Carmel. I love the simplicity of this card.

Stamping 411 week 158

I created a couple more Christmas cards. The top one will be sent to OWH. The bottom one has glitter so I will keep that for my stash. All papers are from Stampin Up. The layout is from Stamping 411.

Thank You

I used Stamping 411's sketch for this week. I am trying to use up DP so the pieces were decided by what I have in my scrap bin. Ok, I just looked at the sketch again and I changed it a bit so I guess I will try again.

Birthday cards

These cards are for Stamping 411. I used Gretchen's directions for the cards. Gretchen is having a Birthday challenge. She is asking for blank Birthday cards From Our Hearts. You can see all the details on her blog. I used all Stampin Up supplies for both cards. The top card has Log Cabin Smootch Spray and edges are inked with Creamy Carmel.

Stamping 411 week 149

I used Stamping 411 week 149 sketch for all three cards. I used the same paper but different ribbon. The top one is white ribbon that I colored with SU markers. The other cards have retired rope and Linen thread. I used the eraser end of a pencil to create the Shimmer Paint dots on the card. A couple of the cards I stamped the circle from Circle Circus.

Stamping 411

I found a new sketch site. Well at least it is new to me. It is called Stamping 411. I love that they share the dimensions of each layer of the card. I changed the layers a bit to fit the paper and ribbon I wanted to use. I recently bought this paper. It isn't normally what I like but I am trying to expand to use colors I wouldn't normally use.
