The layout is from
Sew Many Layouts. This photo is of my Mom & daughter a few years ago. The base is a Light Blue. I tried taking different photos but it came out the same. The hearts and circles on the title are
Sparkle Mangue. The letters are fabric that was glued to a piece of cardstock for strength and punched with Doodle Dots. The hearts are a digi from Sew Many and layered on Black Ruche and SU DP. Sew Many Layouts had a blog hop showing some fantastic tips. I used the embossing tip on the circles and hearts.
