This card is for Sweet n Sassy's sketch challenge at The Sweet Stop. This week there is a prize of a $10 gift certificate. The spin on the sketch was use only a saying. The base is Sparkle Noir. Silver Lustre is used to some shine. The DP is Black Lace from HOTP. The ribbon is SU. I used the stamp set Encouragement from SNSS
