Christmas Tags

I have been enjoying seeing Tim Holz's 12 days of tags. This first one is day 1. I used grungeboard to create my tag. I first painted it with Adirondack White paint. I then stamped the snowflakes with DI faded jean and DI weather wood. I then covered the tag with Distress paint rock candy. The snowman was stamped on Basis Blue and painted with SU Frost White Shimmer paint.

This is Day 2 tag. I used a frame from a Martha Stewart stamp set. The saying is Studio G. I embossed both with SU gold embossing powder. The flower is a stamp from Artistic Stamper. I added a Pez A Bling to the center. It is hard to see but I did splatter Sunflower Perfect Pearls mixed with water. This last tag was created for day 3. I just love the plaid pattern. I used Adriondack Alcohol Inks Clover, Copper, & Watermelon. The hearts were cut using a big shot die and then I put Adriondack Copper Mixative on them.
I have a few more tags and will show you later. I am having a blast seeing all the tags each day and creating using them as inspiration.
