Stamp Something Challenge
The top card is made using pink paper ran through my Big Shot, then I used my punch to make a frame out of vellum. I used the Stampin Up Skunk stamp. The bottom card is made using Hambo's Daisy Stamp. Both cards I made using flowers and spring colors because its been cold a lot. Both are for Stamp Something's Challenge.
Hambo TV Challenge
Hambo group on PCP is having a challenge till Tuesday to make a card showing your favorite. I choose CSI. There was a character that was named Grisom (sp?) who collected bugs and he left the show to go to Costa Rica that is why there are palm trees on the inside of the card. I just love all the bugs that Hambo carries. I put crystal effects on the magnify glass. The cardstock for this card came from Paper Temptress. It is called Sparkle cardstock. I love that the green and white have a sparkle to it.

Anivversary Card
F
This card was made using a tutorial from InStyle's Method Monday Challenge. I made an Anniversay card for my parents. I used Thinking of you from Flourishes. I used SU Simply Scrappin Kit, I Wish, for card stock and stickers. The flourishes stamped on the front were done using SU stamp set Priceless. The ribbon is from my friend, Michelle. I just love the feel and look of the ribbon. The inside is an unknown stamp in my stash. This card was very easy to make. I hope to make more in the future. On the top of the pot, I used Spring Mix of Flower Soft. I want all colors of Flower Soft. I love the added dimension Flower Soft gives to a project. I bought my Flower Soft from Flourishes. The flower pot is from SU stamp set, Fun FIlled.

FCCC
This card is for Libby's challenge of FCCC. This week Courtney is wearing the colors magenta and sea foam green. I made my card, yet my Dad said that it needed a bug because he likes bug. I added a little sticker to add some more sparkle, too. The bug also represents how Courtney can be ever so cute, yet bug Libby, if you read her posts. The little beads at the bottom of the scallop piece, I hand sewed on, which takes awhile, yet I love how it turned out.

Rose hope card
This card is for 5 challenges. WOWZA! Its for Basic Grey Recipe Challenge, which is to use 2 Patterned paper, 3 brads, 1 button and 1 ribbon and bow. Sketch Saturday had another amazing sketch so I decided to play along, Punkydoodles Cards for a Cause Challenge is to make a get well card for a kid, and I did Stamp Something's Challenge to use a recipe or something that a recipe reminds you of. I always pick out my papers and things before I make a card, so I sorta always follow a recipe for my cards. I also did Papertake Weekly Challenge to use 3 different shapes on your card. The bottom image is of the inside of the card, and I decieded to add a touch of whimsy by adding a precut image of snoopy with a rose.

Cinderella Challenge
The DT for Sweet n Sassy has a challenge to make a card using Cinderella as your inspiration. My card was thought of by my DH. The mice are from the Basket & Blooms SU Die for the Big Shot. They are the inside petals from the flower. I drew eyes with SU Markers. I used different inks for the sky and grass. The pumpkin is from a pile of die cuts. I used Birthday Wishes stamp set from Sweet n Sassy. The other card was made by my DD. She found some Cinderella stickers to use for her card. The corner embellishments are made with a die for the Big Shot.
Free Fonts
Go over to Lettering Delights and get 10 free fonts and sign up for their newsletter. They have some fantastic deals. Occasionally they have a sale where all the clipart and fonts are $1. All you have to do is click the link on the main page and put the fonts in your cart. Then check out to recieve the links to download the fonts. One of the favorite things that I love about this company is that they have a section that is called my library. This makes it so easy to use all my different fonts and they are in one section so I can use different ones to make titles for my scrapbook pages and cards. You can see two of the free fonts above.
Courtney's Closet
The celebrate is from Birthday Sentiments from Sweet n Sassy. The girl is Rachel Anne Miller stamp not sure which one. Libby's challenge last week was to make a card with animal print to go with her daughter's cute outfit.

Blue Valentine Card
This card was made for a couple challenges. (By the way, I have two pictures of the front of the card so you can see the bow.) One is with Hambo group on PCP. The challenge was to make a Valentine card and If possible not to use stamps normally used for Valentines. I used the boxing bee and the saying normally says" Hope your birthday is not a knockout" I stamped the word valentine on a scrap of blue and used a pop up dot to cover the word birthday. I think the bee is just so cute. I choose the colors of the card based on Stacey's Jewelery challenge. I have been wanting to participate in this challenge. I love the Jewelery that she shows.

New Widget
I just found the most awesome stamp company. It is called Bombshell Banner and there stamps are like tattoos. Both my kids are in Sea Cadets which is a jr. Navy program. Bombshell has some wonderful stamps to decorate my scrapbook pages. Bombshell has a group on PCP too.
Cookie Card
Over on Paper Craft Planet, a new group named Cafe Mojo has it's first challenge. The challenge was to use your favorite stamp. I had a hard time choosing which set. I just love this little pig with the saying. Unfortunately, these stamps are retired. Hambo does have other wonderful stamps. I used K& Co paper. I put Crystal effects on the buttons to give them a little shine. The top picture is the inside of the card. I am trying to remeber to decorate the inside of the card as a goal for the new year. Come join me at Cafe Mojo. They are also doing a group candy giveaway.

Irene has some great Acrylic Minis up for grabs on her blog. You have until Jan. 21 to win.
Home Inspiration
This card was made for Flourishes Home Inspiration challenge. The challenge was to find something in your home and make a card using the item as inspiration. I choose my mixer cover. No, I did not make it. My mom made it for me. A sewing machine and I don't get along at all. It seems every time I try to sew that the machine jams or a myraid of other problems.
I used Summer Blossoms from Flourishes. I inked the flowers in green and then layered green stickles, purple stickles and crystal effects. Join me tomorrow night at Flourishes 1st Release Party. If you would like to see the new stamps that are being released go here.
