Big Hugs

 

I used Unity sketch for this card. I wanted to try something different for me.  I love bright colors but wanted to try a Black and White card. I used Washi tape for the background. This is a wonderful new set from Unity called time for Bear (hugs).

Faith

This is another new stamp from Inspired Stamps. I used Washi tape on the sides and ribbon behind the Scripture. Perfect pearls was used on the oval. This card features Hebrews11:6.

Inspired Stamps August Release

This month Inspired Stamps is relasing amazing Scriptures. I am using up designer paper so my cards will have same DSP and color scheme but different layouts. My first card uses Isiah 43:1. I used John 10 17-18 on my second card.

Gratitude Sunday

This will be the last Gratitude Sunday. Inspired Stamps has decided to stop. For our last one, we used Proverbs 18:10. I created a ATC. I had fun playing with Distress Stains, Distress Paints to create each layer. The liquid pearls are around the image. I love this scripture verse. Family life is a bit crazy right now so leaning on Lord to get me through everything. Have a great Sunday!

I was playing with images I had cut out. This is from a Melonheadz set called Meggie's deluxe Hippie combo pack. The die cut is by my Silhouette.

Pink Bow

 Katie helped me make this card. She found the bow paper and decided to try a new color combination. I like the pink, blue and green. I suggested she ink the White Ruche to help show the texture.

Melonheadz Challenge

The challenge for Melonheadz challenge is use lots of circles. I decided to cut a bunch of circles with my Silhouette then glued them to base and embossed with a dot folder. I inked the embossing to bring it out. The other circles are ones that I stamped with a stamp that had circles with Helmar glue that I mixed with Perfect Pearls. I added ink to the circles after they dried. I used a cute set called Kim's Owl Bundle. I just noticed that the owl's belly has circles too what a coincidence.

Inspired Stamps 52 weeks of Gratitude

 

Welcome to Inspired Stamps 52 weeks of Gratitude. This week we are using 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. I sprayed the paper with different inks than stamped the scripture. I the circles are a die cute. The base of the ATC is done with different inks. This scripture is something I am trying harder to remember this even when things get bumpy.
