Inspired Stamps 52 weeks of Gratitude

 

Welcome to Inspired Stamps 52 weeks of Gratitude. This week we are using Ephesians 2:8. I had fun making this ATC. I used Background Stamps to "frame" the scripture. I had sprayed the paper with different mists before stamping. I did the same to the brown. The green and edges are rubbed with liquid pearls. This is an ATC.

SOG June sketch

Ok, This is my last minute entry for Some Odd Girl Sketch challenge. I can't believe June is almost done. We have finally heat hot and dry at least for awhile which I prefer. The sides of the paper are Scotch tape that I found while looking at school supplies for my dauther. The purple under the ribbon is the same. It is kinda of like washi tape.

This cute image is from Stamp Fairy. The flowers are from Fred She Said. I am trying to make quick cards so I can get some of the images that I have colored to cards.

Red, White, Blue

Heart Balloon Luka was colored with markers. I decided to keep it simple so I could showcase the image. There was a Red, White, & Blue challenge on FB but I am late in entering.

Sing praises

 

I used Patchworks Hambly for the DSP. I inked all with Distress inks. Memerlo Pearle Noir has a wonderful sparkle and the text weight cuts great with the Silhouette. Gold Metallic was stamped and clear embossed. Below is a close up of the die cut. All papers are from Paper Temptress.

Meloheadz Challenge

 

The challenge is Summer Fun with Melohhedz challenge. When I think of summer, I think of the beach. I just love going to the beach and relaxing. I saw this idea on Dawn's Stamping Thoughts blog. I used a little bag that has gel in it. The image is from Stephanie's ocean life bundle. I used Meloheadz sentiments bundle for the words.

Inspired Stamps 52 weeks of Gratitude

This week at Inspired Stamps we are using Acts 5:29. It amazes me how God knows what we need and when. I got some bad news and realized something that I needed to face. My faith is important to me and is who I am. This scripture reminded me that I need to obey God and not men. I hope you find strength in scripture too.
I used Helmar Arts and Crafts glue to stamp using the Background Stamps. I then inked with different Distress inks. I stamped on the ribbon too. Up top you can see closer detail.

I used some Echo park papers to go with this image. I am finally getting images that I have colored onto cards. This image is from Sweet n Sassy Stamps.
