I had a blast creating this card. The image is from Sassy Studios called Hippie Chick. I used Twinkling H2O's for coloring. The DP is my favorite Fun in The Sun from DCVW. Are you tired of it yet? I am not. I used some flat white beads in the corner topped with Pez A Blings. The saying is from Digiments.

Sun Shine
