Happy Birthday Jessica!!!

Happy Birthday Jessica! Jessica is an amazing person and owner of There She Goes Stamps. I used Polka Dot Flowers and Sentimental. The amazing ribbon is from Ribbon Carousel. I sprayed the saying with Glimmer Mist.
