This cute image is from Phindy's Place. I am not sure about the coloring on his face. I tried to go for a darker skin tone. As my daughter pointed out it looks like he has dirt on his face if not the right skin tone. The saying is from There She Goes. This is for Phindy's Place challenge to use die cut.
