I was lucky to win a couple Magnolia stamps. This is one of them. I just love tulips and the little girl reminds me of my daughter. The flowers were cut with Flower Fusion die. The papers are Yellow Ruche/Crepe, Sparkle Blanc & Sparkle Noir from Paper Temptress. The image is colored with Prisma Pencils. The ribbon is Stampin Up.Challenges-
