Purple & Silver Chrsitmas

Concord Crush & Silver Lustre are the main papers for this card. Phindy has a challenge on PCP for non traditional colors for a Christmas card. It also fits Phindy's Friday Challenge of using your favorite colors. The sketch I got somewhere but can't find it. If someone recognizes it, let me know. The colors are from Christmas Stampin All Year Long.

Holly's Sketch

Holly has created an awesome sketch for There She Goes Challenge. I flipped the sketch to fit my card. I sprayed all the vellum layers with Perfect Pearls Mist Perfect Pearls. I love the vellum buckled when dried.

Circles

Welcome to Delightful Challenges. This weeks challenge is circles. We want to see circles on your projects. I used this cute image called Peekin Elf Tag. I used different nestabillities to cut the bases for the cards. One was embossed with a flower folder and the other with snowflake folder. Our Sponsor this week is Riley & Co.

Nativity Scene

Digital Delights is having a mini release today. The set A Child is Born. I printed on White Gloss and colored with Twinkling H2O's and to add more sparkle add stickles. Sparkle Abysee was embossed with a snowflake embossing folder.

Welcome to my last guest spot with Tuesday Morning Sketches. I had great fun with this sketch.

Giovana's card drive

Giovana is doing a card drive for two special kids. They both have Spina Bifida. My hubby works is a school nurse for special needs kids so this just touched my heart.

Here is my card for Logan. I used Cuddles & Hugs and the saying is from Litttle Tees both sets from Gina K. Creamy Carmel, Bermuda Bay, & Crushed Curry are the papers.


Here is Bekah's card. I used Rich Razzleberry and Pixie Pink. I used Sweet Stop sketch for layout. I used Hugs for Janessa retired set.

Pink Hugs

This week on Phindy''s Phriday Challenge is to use your favorite color. I just love pink and brown. This card is going to a little girl named Madison who has learned her cancer is back. If you would like to send her a card, email me at anitamocha@charter.net. They are asking for cards to be to her by Oct 29. Rose Quartz Mettalic is such a perfect girly paper. I added strips of glitter on the top and bottom of the card. The base butterfly is felt and the others are cut with some paper that I was creating with rubbing inks on. The sketch is for Anne-Marije's Sketch challenge on Phindy's PCP group.

MAA 2010

Ok, My friend Libby is encouraging to people to scrapbook and share what they make. She posts on Saturday. I just didn't get it photographed for a Saturday post so I am posting on Sunday. This is one of the pages of the calenders that I am making as Christmas present. I wish you could see all the sparkle. I used Perfect Pearls on all papers and ribbons. It is for Rangers Yahoo group challenge to use Perfect Pearls Mists. I made my own. My son did a military police training this summer where he was one of the leaders. Skinny column Indigo Blue for stars and mats. Basis Light Blue is the mat.

There She Goes challenge this week is to use green, orange and black. I used You're So Punny from There She Goes Stamps. Tangy Orange Pop Tones, Olive Basis, Sparkle Black and Sparkle White are the papers from Paper Temptress.

Ok, I started this card with a color challenge in mind but messed up on one of the colors. Soft Suede base with Rich Razzleberry and Peach Parfait. I cased Mary's card. It fits Pal's Paper Arts challenge of CAS and bling. I embossed the flower with iridescent embossing powder to give it sparkle. The square shape is for Late Night Stampers Yahoo group challenge.

Cool Holiday

Welcome to another Delightful Challenges. This week's theme is It's beginning to look like Christmas. I used Pickles the Penguin with Christmas accessories and sentiments. The snow was created covering Whisper white with versamark then add Iridescent embossing powder.

Delightful Piecings

Digital Delights by Louby Loo is starting something new. Delightful Piecings. The files are available in many formats. I used Spooky Pumpkin. I changed the eyes to google eyes because the ones that are supposed to be there disappeared on my craft table. I inked the edges with differnt inks and lots of pop dots to give depth to the pumpkin. He was printed on Sparkle Blanc. Basis Brown was embossed with a spider web embossing folder.

Autumn Thinking of You

This weeks sketch on Sweet Stop was a fun one. My sparkle was hard to photograph. I used Log Cabin Smooch Spritz. I used a retired stamping set called Autumn Blessings. On the front view you can see the leave brads I found in my stash. I used Distress inks for all stamping. I cut the papers then layered them together to get the leaves to look like they are lined up. All papers are from stash. I used lots of pop dots for Hope You Can Cling challenge #17. Sunday Stampin Challenge is to create your own background.

Thankful Thoughs

I have been having a blast playing with French Foliage stamp set. The top card was made at a stamp class. The leaf was cut out of cork.
I wanted something simlar but simpler for my case of the card. I used Really rust, Pumpkin Pie, & Old Olive for this card. I am still not sure of the color combination. This card fits Corrosive Challenge is to get rid of the white.

Fairy Easel card

Phindy's Place Challenge this week is fancy folds. I used a tutorial from Suzanne that you can see here. Sparkle Mangue is the basis. I love the brightness of this card. Basis Black and Sky Blue Crepe are the other papers from Paper Temptress. The DP is retired Stampin Up. Flower Top Fairy Rose was colored with Twinkling H2O's. The ribbon is from Paper Temptress. All ribbon is 40% at Paper Temptress.

Phindy's Place Challenge this week is to create something cute. I used Bear Hug. All papers are from my stash. I am trying to force myself to cut up paper that I have had for years and thought was too pretty to cut.

Trick or Treat

Trick or Treat smell my feet. Give me something good to eat! Tuesday Morning Sketches is all about treats this week. It doesn't have to be Halloween themed. Deedee's digis is sponsoring this week. I used Batty Boo on the test tube treat holder. I got the directions from Holly. You can get the directions here. The cup is uses Cup of Love. I want you to see that I made my own dp by printing the cup image all over the brown paper. Sarah has a fantastic tutorial on how to make this cup. I only changed that I put my handle in the seam instead of making slots. The images on both were colored with Twinkling H2O's. The test tube has M&M's and the cup holds dark chocolate espresso beans.

There She Goes Challenge this week is a color challenge of purple orange and lime. I created a quick little treat for some friends.

Red Green & White

Ok, this is late because I thought I hit publish but hit save instead. This week's Delightful Challenges is Red, Green & White color challenge. Also, it is release week at Digital Delights at Louby Loo. I used Christmas Toby and Christmas Sentiments. I used sketch 175 on Splitcoaststampers. Emerald Metallic and Sparkle Vermilion add some great sparkle to the card.

I am so excited to share that I am guest designer for Tuesday Morning Sketches. This week Meljen's is sponsoring this challenge. She gave the designers an image to work with. I got a Girl and her Kitty. She is colored with inks and a blender pen. The base is Basis Brown that I cut a hole with Curved Rectangles. She is framed with Rose Quartz Metallic. The saying is from Sweet n Sassy stamp set. The flowers were cut using my big shot and then embossed with Polka Dot folder. Rhinestones add a bit of glimmer.

Cammie is having a card drive for the caregivers of Alzheimer’s paitients. This disease has touched my family. My grandmother passed away a few years ago of this dissease. These cards will be sent to caregivers to thank them for all that they do. There is some awesome blog candy. Go to Cammie's blog to get all the details. My cards are Pale Plum, Perfect Plum & Very Vanilla. The top card uses Because I care stamp set and the second uses Kind and Caring thoughts.
