I used Paper Temptress papers and Sweet Stop Sketch. I tried to go CAS. The flower was colored with distress markers. 

Forever & Always

This uses Tuesday Morning sketch and for Sweet n Sassy's challenge to show what you create on FB for a chance to win a gift certificate. You still have time for both. It felt great to be able to craft for me. I used Ranger's pearlized paint for the hearts. I went with more of a CAS card. The set is called Bottom of my heart.

Inspired Stamps 52 weeks of Gratitude

 

This week Inspired Stamps scripture verse is Deuteronomy 31:8. I choose blues and blacks for my colors to fit my mood. I am having a hard time not being dismayed or depressed. I found out that my foot has a condition that basically the nerves are gone crazy and it could be months before it is even semi normal. The only "cure" is physical therapy. I am trying really hard to see God's plan in all of this. It has been a very long 3 months since this all started. I do know that if I will just trust in God all will be well in his time. Sending hugs & prayers to everyone.

Melonheadz Challenge #3

This time Melonheadz challenge is to make a project with or for a child. I choose to use Corinne's Raggie Babies Bundles. I used the black and white version and colored her with Distress Markers. I then used some scraps to create this card.

52 Weeks of Gratitude

Welcome to this weeks Inspired Stamps 52 weeks of Gratitude. I choose to go CAS this week. I love making these ATC's each week. I used some ribbon and butterflies to add to this fabulous scripture verse Philippians 1:3. This is for all my family and friends that have been helping me out during this time of not being able to do what I want to do.

Paper Temptress

This card uses Iridescent Ivory for Base. Pink Grandma's wallpaper Hambly for background. The papers are from the Valentine Bundle along with the ribbon from Paper Temptress. The flowers are from Stampin Up that were colored with distress inks. The image is from Melonheadz Valentine Bundle 2013.

Sweet n Sassy Challenge Cards

Both cards were for Sweet n Sassy Stamps challenge for their release earlier in the week. They both use Rose Blossom stamp set. I colored both roses with Distress Markers.

Hubby's Valentine

Happy Valentine's Day! We don't do a big celebration here but just small things. I used Melonheadz Valentine Bundle 2013 Black & White. If you want the Black and white version just leave a message for Nikki and she will send it to you. I colored him with my prismas pencils and smooch paints. This also fits Melonheadz challenge to create a Valentine which you still have plenty of time to join in.

Pink B-day

This is for Rangers challenge to use their pinks and reds. I used Dylusion Spray, Pearl Mist Spray on the background. The doily has Pickled Rasberry Distress ink and the ribbon. The flowers were colored with distress re-inkers. The image was colored with Distress Markers.

52 weeks of Gratitude

Hi All Welcome to another week of 52 weeks of Gratitude with Inspired Stamps. This week we are using  1Cor 13:4-8. I had fun making the ATC for this week. I almost laughed when I saw this weeks scripture because this is sooooo not me right now. Especially the patient part. I am still dealing with a foot that won't heal so life is more challenging. I am learning sympathy for those that will have to stay in a wheel chair and how hard it is to do things that I took for granted before. I hope you can play along with us.

Melonheadz Challenge #2

The second challenge is to create a Valentine. I decided to stay away from pinks so I created this card using orange. This is a color I don't noramaly use. I just love the Valentine bundle. I got a uncolored version so I colored him and the dog with my prisma pencils.

52 weeks of Gratitude

 

 

Welcome to 52 weeks of Gratitude with Inspired Stamps. This week we are focusing on Ephesians 5:20. This verse is very fitting for me this week. I am still dealing with my bad food and trying really hard to give thanks to the Lord for all that he has given me. My ATC is inside a ATC frame card that you can at your local hobby store. I started with stamping the scripture verse than clear embossing it. I then clear embossed the swirls and used different distress inks on it. For the frame I first sparayed with inks than stamped the swilrs. The last touch is the ribbon held by Helmar 450 which is great glue and doesn't show through the ribbon once dry. This veiw show the sparkle and above is a better view of the front.
