Purple Flowers

I was lucky enough to win some goodies from the Stamp School. I finally got a chance to play with them. The stamp was partially colored with smooch paint. The colors are for the color challenge here. The background on the white was using making tape and ink that was showed here. The black 3/4" V stripped ribbon is from Ribbon Carousel.

Inspired Stamps- DT choice

I created a simple ornament or tag using this chipboard tag that I found in my stash. I sprayed the outside with Glimmer Mist than stamped the flourishes from Fruitful Flourishes.   The inside is a Fancy tag that was rubbed with light green ink then stampe with the tree from Blessed Little Christmas. I am dealing with Asthma flares so went with uncolored image due to the shakes from the meds I am on. The layout is from Stamp School sketch here. This for Phindy's Place challenge too which is have a square and stitching.

Ribbon Carousel Callenge

Welcome to a fun challenge at Ribbon Carousel. The challenge this week is anything goes. Our amazing sponsor this week is There She Goes Stamps. I used this fun Green/Orange Multi Stripe ribbon as my starting point. I used glue lines on the back and just folded the ribbon to create a wave affect. To hold down some of the folds I used glue dots. I used Freeze the Moment stamp set from There She Goes. The whole thing was spritzed with Shimmer mist to add some sparkle. The button and flower are from Ribbon Carousel.  This is my last post as part of the Ribbon Carousel DT. I have had a blast being part of this amazing team. Look for some amazing new designers and some fun with Ribbon Carousel in May as they celebrate their first birthday.

This card was a quick one I dd using scraps. The flower is fabric and DCVW glitter paper. The saying is from Greeting Farms is Shimmer Beans. I cut the saying off the image and can put them back together if I want. This is for Greeting Farms challenge of no coloring and Stamp School color challenge of pink, dark pink and green. The ribbon is 1/8" red/white stripe from Ribbon Carousel.

Back in 10

This cute image and saying are from There She Goes stamps. I stamped the image and saying on natural canvas. The DSP is Fine and Dandy from My Mind's Eye. I use Sweet Stop Sketch 53. I did leave off the embellishments because I wanted to keep it simple. It is for There She Goes challenge to make something for Dad. My dad loves to nap so I thought this would be perfect. 1 1/2" Light Blue/White Striped Grossgrain and 1 1/2" Blue/Light Blue/White Woven Ribbon from Ribbon Carousel.

Purple Fairy

This cute image is from Tiddly Inks. I colored her with prismas and smooch paints. It was hard to get a good photograph with all the sparkle. I used liquid pearls around the edge of the image. The frame is from Tiddly Inks. The 5/8" white pleated ribbon and sparklets are from Ribbon Carousel.

Inspired Stamps

Flower Buds was used to create the flower. I stamped and colored 3 times then cut and layered them. Proverbs 31:30 is one of my favorite verses it is part of Proverbs 31 Women set.

Berry Sweet

I got a chance to craft. I am not sure about either card. The first needs something but can't figure it out. The second would be better matted with pink or gray not white but still went with it. I am trying something new. The DSP and stamps are from Market Street Stamps April kit. The layout is for Sweet Stop.

OWH Make Laugh Challenge

Here is a close up of the light bulb that has crackle paint.
The card base is chocolate chip. Tim Holtz Coredinations was embossed and inked with Distress Ink. The light bulb and saying are from Market Street Stamps. This is for OWH Make me laugh challenge. The ribbon is 1 1/2" Natural Burlap White/Silver and Walnut Seam Binding from Ribbon Carousel.

I kept this card on the CAS side because I wanted to focus on this fantastic scripture. It is from Provers 31 Women from Inspired Stamps. This would be great as a Mother's day card or to cheer up a friend.

This was created using some new My Favorite Thing dies and stamps that I got. I used some of my favorite seam binding ribbon This was for Sweet n Sassy release challenge. The ribbon can be found at Ribbon Carousel.

Pink Cards

I have been enjoying creating lately and feels good after not crafting much in the last few months. The first card uses a The Stamping Boutique image. The saying is from There She Goes. I used Danielle's amazing embossing on ribbon technique which you can find here. I used 3/4" V Striped Twill from Ribbon Carousel. The heart is a Sparklet.

Market Street

This card uses some DSPs from Market Street kits along with the chipboard flower, button and pearls. I sprayed the flower with Tattered Angels mist than stamped the lace stamp in white on top. The button and pearl are a perfect touch. The ribbon is from my stash. The saying is from stamp set called Make a Memory. This is for the Block Party challenge.
