SnowflakeDreams1 won the gift certificate. I emailed you.
Congrats to both Ladies!
This card was made for Michelle Perket's Digi day yesterday. She released some super cut Christmas Doggie images. I figure this card isn't too bad since I made it in about 1/2 hour which is quick for me. The wreath has distress stickles and liquid pearls on it.

Welcome to Operation Write Home's Veterans Day Blog Hop. If you get lost along the way head to OWH Stars & Stamps. The deadline for Valentine cards is Jan. 7. A reminder that the Christmas deadline has passed.
Don't forget to vote at Joann's Craft for a Cause. You can vote once a day.
My card uses Puppy Love from There She Goes Stamps. It fits their challenge of to create a scene.
On last thing before I send you off to the next stop. I have blog candy and it is a big box of goodies for those in the USA. For all others outside the USA, leave a comment and I have a $10 gift certificate for you to either Phindy's place or Digital Delights by Louby Loo.
Now go see the amazing creation by Lisa.

This is the inside of the above project. I used another one of the cute Gingerbread from Digital Delights.
This cute Nutcracker image is free just for a few more hours. Go to the SNR group and grab him by Midnight Nov 12 for free or after that he will be in the store.
I got a chance to play with some new paper that my sister gave me. It is Madeline from SEI. The ribbon is from my stash. I used Stampin Up Pearls on the butterflies and the border. The sketch is from Tuesday Morning Sketches.

Welcome to another Delightful Challenges! This week we want to see you glitter it up. Click on the picture to see the glitter. I used Cuddles Sends Luv and retired Love sentiment that is available on the Holiday CD. The base and hearts are Sparkle Vermilion. The DP is retired SU and has a glitter effect. The Basis Pink was sprayed with Perfect Perls Mist to give it some sparkle. If you are wondering why a Valentine's card, it is because OWH is now collecting Valentine cards.
It is also Digi Day on SNR. There is a cute little Nutcracker for free to pick. If you create with this image and finish by there is a cute free image. You need to go to the SNR group to see the image and a chance to win a $10 gift certificate to Digital Delights by Louby Loo.

Welcome to mini Release from Digital Delights from Louby Loo. I used some of the cute Gingerbread images. Wooden Spoon Ginger, Cookie Jar Ginger and Baker Ginger. The saying is one of the new ones from Marlene. You can get it here.I just think this is perfect. The Hot Coco holder is a pattern from the Cutting Cafe.
Above is a simple ornament. I took a paper mache star and painted it white than added Perfect pearls Heirloom Gold Spray. The Angel has Liquid Applique. The Angel set includes the saying.

The layout is from Sweet Stop Sketches. I used Christmas Itty Bitty from Sweet n Sassy and a retired SU saying. I love this layout. I have an idea for Valentines day which I know is early to think about but OWH's deadline is Jan 7. I thought the ribbon was white but in this picture it looks a little pink but still works out ok.

Go here to her blog for a chance to win this set and another opportunity on Gina K's blog.
Ok, I want to share some links. Operation Write Home was chosen as one of the top 3 organizations for JoAnns Craft for a Cause. They are asking for you to vote for them to win the
grant. You can vote more than once.
The last item of news is Patricia is having a fantastic candle party with an oppurtunity to get some wonderful Paper Temptress paper. Go here to get all the details.
Meljen's Designs had these two images as freebies awhile back. I had hope to get it done in time to mail to OWH but that didn't happen so I will use it for an Any Hero card. An Any Hero card is one that I write a note in to the soldiers to let them know that they are being thought of. The bow has some glitter to give it a bit of sparkle. It fits Meljen's Designs challenge to use two images on a project.
